Bring a project if you like and chat with likeminded people. \nThis month\, there will be a presentation moderated by Johannes Grischa von Eckardstein with the following topic: “Solder-free reusable electronics\, reusable and sustainable: Presentation of the new Grionec system – electronic circuits in no time” \nThe system (Grionec.de) enables the construction of electronic circuits directly according to a circuit diagram without tools. It can be reused 500 – 1000 times and is suitable for teaching\, prototype construction\, research & development or in the hobby sector as well as\, if possible\, for installation in end products. \nAre you interested in joining? DESCRIPTION:Meetup every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 18:30 until late. Special topics and any special guests for each month will be posted. \nThis month there are several topics to discuss: \n\nFirst look at the Arduino Uno R4 WiFi: The successor to the most successful microcontroller board of all time\, the Arduino Uno R3\, is here. We got a copy to play around with\, and Jan Borchers briefly explains what the newcomer can do.\nNews about the Öcheruhr: The project is picking up speed and there are a few first prototypes on display.\nThe deodorant lamp: If you have an empty deodorant roller\, Birgit Stolte has a chic upcycling idea.\n\nAs always\, your own projects are welcome! \nThey are DIY makers\, product designers\, electronics hackers\, artists\, 3D printer builders\, geek dads and their daughters – anybody from 9 to 99 doing “strange things with electricity”! \nThe meetups are very informal; just sign up for the evening here and bring a project you’ve been working on if you like. Usually most folks come from Germany\, but also people from the Netherlands and Belgium\, thanks to Aachen’s unique location\, plus frequently other nationalities. If you speak German or English you’ll be fine! Additionally\, there will be uploads of reports on the meetups to the website. \nREGISTRATION
