Our office is open Mondays to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00.
On Fridays our office is open from 9:00 to 16:00.
Special opening hours during the holidays:
On 23 December and from 29 to 30 December, we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The office is closed on the following public holidays: 24–28 December, 31 December–1 January.

We recommend using public transportation to get there.
Bus lines 1, 11, 16, 21, 41, 46, 51, 52, 151, 220 and SB20 stop at the immediate ASEAG stop “Blücherplatz”.
Visitors will find public parking not far from digitalCHURCH on Blücherplatz and on the APAG parking lot at Ludwigforum.
The digitalCHURCH can be reached on foot in just a few minutes from Aachen city center.
From Hansemannplatz it is only 500m along Jülicher Straße out of town.
Coming from Europaplatz, digitalCHURCH is also only 500m away.
